Q. How to fit bathroom furniture
Important Note: Before starting to drill any holes in the walls or floor, be sure to know where all the pipes are positioned
If the cabinet or bathroom furniture is already assembled you will need the following tools
1. Spirit level & Tape Measure
2. Drill
3. Screws & raw plugs
4. Screwdriver
Step 1
Offer up the furniture in the desired place to see how it looks
Step 2
Using the spirit level and tape measure mark out with a pencil the position of the furniture and drill holes. Making sure it is centred and level.
Step 3
Drill the holes and insert raw plugs.
Step 4
With the help of another person offer up the furniture and put the screws through the desired holes and screw them into the raw plugs.
Tip – For extra strength, screw a wooden batten to the wall for the furniture to sit on or use a sheet of plywood glued and screwed to the wall and this will give you a stronger wall surface to fix to.
